Textile Emporiums offers high-quality products; however, we recognise that you may need to exchange or return the products you bought if they are ill-fitting or were delivered incorrectly. We will gladly take returned goods, and issue refunds, and exchanges within 14 days of the transaction date. Please keep in mind that the goods you want to return or swap must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return conditions for curtains

Following are the conditions from which you can return an order.

  • If you had ordered a pair of curtains and you found the curtain is damaged ( except the large size curtains which had a joint) 
  • If you have ordered a size and you got a change in size 
  • If you have ordered a curtain pair in a specific colour and you got change colour 
  • If a pair of curtain has missing its part ( curtain tie) 

Return conditions for a cushion cover 

The following are the return conditions for cushion covers: 

  • If you have ordered a size and you got a change in size 
  • If you have ordered a cushion cover in a specific colour and you got change colour 
  • If you got a damaged piece 

Return conditions for fitted bedsheets 

The following is the return condition for fitted bedsheets:

  • If you have ordered a size and you got a change in size 
  • If you have ordered a fitted sheet in a specific colour and you got to change colour 
  • If you got a damaged piece 

Return conditions for duvet covers

The following is the return condition for duvet covers: 

  • If you have ordered a size and you got a change in size 
  • If you have ordered a duvet cover in a specific colour and you got change colour 
  • If you got a damaged piece 
  • You got only one pillow cover with single size duvet cover & two covers with king size or super king size duvet cover ( if anything is missing then you can return the order) 

Return conditions for bed sheet

The following is the return condition for bed sheets: 

  • If you have ordered a size and you got a change in size 
  • If you have ordered a bedsheet in a specific colour and you got change colour 
  • If you got a damaged piece 
  • You got only one pillow cover with single size bedsheet & two covers with king-size or super king-size bedsheet ( if anything is missing then you can return the order)

If you obtain a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please call our Customer Service staff at +447476823699  or write to us at info info@textileemporium.co.uk to inquire about the refund or return procedure. You must report any defective or broken goods within 14 days of arrival; any claims made after that time will be rejected.

The returned goods must be in their original packaging and the “AS NEW” state

If you have opened the delivery box to inspect the goods, you must do so in such a manner that the original packaging remains intact. To effectively claim the product refund/return, neither the packaging nor the product should be harmed.

The cost of returning or returning unwanted products will be borne by you, and textile emporiums will not be liable for any costs or dangers incurred. The return clearance process can take some time. we receive the returned goods. Goods returned before permission will be returned at your cost. Products that satisfy the requirements and conditions will be completely reimbursed after being inspected by our Returns section to ensure thoroughness and accurate product return.

Products received in the original packaging package are unused with all attachments and elements in re-sellable condition; the customer will be reimbursed the entire invoice amount less the cost of delivery.

If we receive products that are not in a resaleable state and violate the above conditions, the goods will be returned to you and the cost of delivery will be charged to you. All gifts, as well as the goods you seek to refund, must be returned. Also, keep in mind that the costs and risks involved with returning the goods are your responsibility, and the Textile Emporium will not be held liable for them.  You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the goods in new and unworn condition. If you wish to withdraw or return a transaction, you must notify us within 14 days of the date you made the purchase or received the products. As soon as we receive the goods, we start the next process by passing them through a clearance process to ensure that they satisfy our return policy terms and conditions. 

To obtain reimbursement or exchange, The product is “as new” as when it was bought; if you receive it in its original packaging or while it is still sealed, you will be reimbursed the entire transaction amount less the shipping cost. However, if we discover products that are not in resalable condition or that break the terms and conditions of our return policy, you will be unable to obtain a refund or swap the goods. Furthermore, these goods will be returned to you, and you will be liable for the delivery costs.
